CLS Approved Browsers

With the implementation of Horizon v.13 we have specific browsers that are supported.

It is important to note some functions will not work if you use an unsupported browser. 

  • Chrome (is our recommendation)
  • Microsoft Edge
  • Cookies and JavaScript must be enabled
  • HORIZON is optimized for 1920x1080 screen resolution

If you are using one of these browsers and continue to have problems, or you are having a different issue, please submit a Service Request.
