OnBase - Microsoft Update Unity Client Fix

There have been reports of people having issues in OnBase Unity Client after getting their PC updated for Microsoft products by OIS. Typical issues seen are documents opening automatically in Word, nothing showing in the primary viewer when a document is selected and error pop ups saying there are unsaved changes. Here are the steps to resolve these issues:

  1. Open Word
  2. Select File > Options
  3. In the options menu within the general tab under "When using multiple displays" select the "Optimize for compatibility" radio button.
  4. Click on OK in the bottom right of the options menu.
  5. Close Word
  6. Log back into OnBase Unity Client and the issues should be resolved.
