Installing and Upgrading OnBase Unity Client

Summary:

OnBase Unity client is now available for self-install via a product called Software Center. The instructions below show you how to perform this self-install.

Procedure:

  1. Click on the Windows button to open the start menu
  2. In the search box, search for Software Center
  3. Click on Software Center to open it
  4. You should see this screen 

 

 

  1. Click on Hyland Unity Client

 

  1. Click Install 

 

  1. Wait for the installation to run, take approximately 5 minutes to complete.

 

  1. You may see a popup window during the install, this is normal. 

 

  1. When the installation is complete.  A shortcut to the Unity Client should appear on the desktop.
