We encountered a problem after upgrading several machines to Windows 11. WindoPath would only print a single report. On attempting to print a second report, the program would freeze and display "Not Responding" in the title bar. On attempting close the program, it would then show the print dialog, but that would fail as well and need to be shut down.
To remedy this, Psyche provided us with a registry change. Using this change on several computers was successful.
The change is made per the user account and not the machine, so anybody using the machine will first need to apply the registry fix for WindoPath printing to function as expected. If you change machines or receive a new one, the fix will need to be reapplied.
Navigate to the file and double click it.
O:\OIS\Windopath\Win_11_print.reg
Check to ensure WindoPath printing functions as you'd expect.
