Access enrollment by copying and pasting the following address into your web browser:
https://canvas.wisc.edu/enroll/JRHFKG
Log in to your My UW account.
The address should take you to the enrollment page.
On the right side of this page, click on
Enroll in Course
. Then click on
Go to the Course
.
If continuing immediately after enrolling, go to step 7.
If enrolled previously, log in to your My UW account.
Launch the Canvas app. Then from your course list, select
WSLH QA Training
.
The QA Training Home page shows the four modules for the course:
QA Management Training Module 1 – Basis (22 minutes)
QA Management Training Module 2 – Documentation (5 minutes)
QA Management Training Module 3 – Implementation (20 minutes)
QA Management Training Module 4 – Verification (17 minutes)
Your unit leadership will determine which staff will be assigned to complete the training
This training was developed to provide staff who have QA responsibilities a framework for their work.
All staff with technical, analytical responsibilities could benefit from this training.
In the Canvas QA Training course, under
Video Recordings
, click on one of the modules listed.
A page will open with a video segment that can be viewed (videos have audio). Note that the video player is in a text box that can be expanded to show the entire video player and control ribbon.
After viewing the video, there will be an attestation quiz to complete. Click on the red
Take the Quiz
button.
Under the question, click on the
Yes
radio button, then the red
Submit
Quiz
button.
