To be able to view the Team Dynamix tickets for you and your direct employees.
Start by Viewing your tickets in Team Dynamix from the Team Dynamix link in the WSLH intranet page

Once the Ticket Requests page loads, Check to box to Include requests from my accounts / departments

Often staff want to be able to see those tickets that have already been closed. This can be done by changing the Class status to see other Status Class. We suggest to change to Select all of the status classes so you can see all. You can also include additional search fields to limits the tickets returned in your search.
