To determine which of your UW email addresses are primary and alternate...
1. Go to https://kb.wisc.edu/microsoft365/page.php?id=41901
2. Click on the link to log into the Wisc Account Administration site (Step 1).
3. Log in with your UW NetID credentials.
4. As it says on that page, click on the Office 365 tab, then Email Addresses.
5. On the window that appears, your primary and alternate email addresses will be shown.
6. On that page, you can also activate or change your firstname.lastname@wisc.edu email address.
7. Log out of this UW KB page when done.
