Make sure that you are logging in with your UW email and NetID and not your information from WSLH.
If you are still having issues with Microsoft Teams, since you are the person that installed it, you will need to uninstall and reinstall.
Sign out of Teams if you are logged in. Click on the circle with your initials in the upper right and choose Sign Out.
Close Teams if running.
From the Start menu, type applications and select add or remove programs from the choices.
Scroll down to Microsoft Teams and click on the name and click on the Uninstall button and click uninstall.
Follow the instructions in https://wslh.teamdynamix.com/TDClient/2042/Portal/KB/ArticleDet?ID=135401 to reinstall.
* If still not able to log in:
From Windows Start menu, choose Settings
Choose Accounts
From left column, choose Access work or school
Select each of this listed connections for just your netid@wisc.edu account and choose Disconnect
Try to connect to Microsoft Teams again.
(You will need to sign back in to any other NetID linked applications.)
If you are still having an issue, put in a ticket or call the Service Desk.
