SLH – AP Admin

This role is for the administration of all accounts payable functions within the system.

SLH - Case Management Mike Argall and/or Errin Rider This role is for case management including "Non Conforming Event Management (NCEM).  

SLH – Finance

James Sterk

This role includes all functions of Finance Administration in the system.  General Ledger as well as financial reporting administration.

SLH – Fixed Assets Admin

James Sterk

This role includes all functions associated with the Fixed Asset module within the system.

SLH - General Ledger James Sterk Maintenance role for managing accounts and subaccounts (GL Strings).
SLH - Human Resourses Nancy McLean Maintenance for employee records.  
SLH - Inventory Management ENV - Steve Strebel / Clinical - Mike Argall This role covers all inventory movements and management in the system.  

SLH – Master Data Customers

Mike Argall (LID)

This role manages the create, change, and delete function for customer accounts (excluding Vendors).

SLH - Master Data Customers Steve Strebel (OHD) This role manages the create, change, and delete function for customer accounts (excluding Vendors).

SLH – Material Master

Mark Conklin (Purchasing)

This role manages creating, changing, and activating/inactivating materials (Items) in the system. 

SLH - Material Master Mike Argall (LID) This role manages creating, changing, and activating/inactivating materials (Items) in the system. 
SLH - Material Master Steve Strebel (OHD) This role manages creating, changing, and activating/inactivating materials (Items) in the system. 

SLH – Purchasing Admin

Mark Conklin

This role includes all aspects of purchasing in the system including vendor and pricing maintenance.

SLH - Email Integration

OIS

This role is for outbound email integration to route return emails to WSLH email accounts sent from Acumatica.  

SLH - Report Builder Allen Benson This role creates and maintains custom system inquiries.  

SLH – Requestor / Receiver

Mark Conklin

This role is for all associates responsible for creating purchasing requests and/or doing receiving in the system. 

SLH - Sales/CRM Mike Argall (LID) This role is for Sales and Customer Relationship Management.  
SLH - Sales/CRM Steve Strebel (OHD) This role is for Sales and Customer Relationship Management.
SLH - Security Admin Allen Benson This role assigns security roles to users.  

SLH – View All

View Only (Only Manager Approval Required)

This role allows for complete view access into Acumatica including the ability to execute reports.  This role has no operational access to create, change and/or delete within the system.

SLH – Administrator

Allen Benson

This is for system administration within Acumatica.
