UW-Madison's use of DocuSign is licensed by the Wisconsin Department of Administration’s DocuSign agreement.

The KB article link below will guide you through the request for a Docusign login at UW Madison.  It will also provide you with the eSignature User Guide and several other useful documents.

You can and should use your SLH email for the user ID.  You do not need to use the WISC.EDU one.
