OIS will assist via phone, Remote (PC) Assistance, or on-site to start connection to a meeting or Webinar. This includes assistance with meeting and Webinar software use and configuration, and staying until the connections are demonstrated to be working as needed. This is also is for remote video interviews.

Most Web Meeting software has testing that should be done by the users before the meeting.
