Horizon - Report - Horizon/Actuate

When submitting a request, please let us know if this is for a new Actuate Report or an issue with an existing one.

Include in the ticket the name of the report in question, and any pertinent information (HSN, workorder #, etc.), or test data to help with your problem.

For new reports, please include the data items required in the report and any logic or information that would aid in the report design.
