This is to be used when you need to sign onto to use UW licensed Adobe products or an issue with licensing for a tool. You are only allowed to be signed in at two locations and it will ask you deactivate another one if this is your third signed in location.
Documents that are created by WSLH for electronic signature should be done using Docusign
- Open Acrobat DC
- Click "Sign In" in the upper right corner
- Click "Sign In" on the pop-up
- Locate the "Sign in with an enterprise ID" option (small blue text)
- Enter your UW email address, either username@wisc.edu or first.last@wisc.edu (not your WSLH email)
- You will be redirected to the UW sign in page
- Sign in with your UW NetID
- You will be redirected for DUO authentication.
To verify your account logged in status, go to the Adobe Help menu. If you are logged in, if will have a menu option of Sign Out (UWnetID@wisc.edu)
- If still having an issue of Feature not available,
- Reboot your PC
- Log out from the Help menu and then log back into Adobe and see if that resolves.
