OIS offers limited support for VoIP telephones for the lab.
OIS can help you with technical issues you are experiencing on your WSLH issued cellular smart-phone device. Failure or loss of the actual device is an issue that should be reported to the Service Desk. We can also offer limited support for personal cell phones connecting directly to Exchange email.
