You can get your WSLH email on almost any device by using most web browsers and going to https://webmail.slh.wisc.edu
If you want to use an email App on your phone to connect directly to the email server, you will need to get authorization and agree to some rules. To do this you will need to submit a Request and get authorized.
For Android Phones:
- Add Account
- Choose Microsoft Exchange
- Configure Manually
- Enter the required fields
For iPhones
- Add Account
- Other, then enter the required fields
- Manual Setup
- Choose Microsoft Exchange Active Sync
- Enter the required fields
Each phone model and carrier are slightly different. Some settings you will need to set up on your phone:
- Email type Corporate and choose Manual configuration if given an option.
- User: WSLH Windows logon username
- E-mail: first_name.last_name@slh.wisc.edu
- Server: webmail.slh.wisc.edu
- Domain: slhdomain or (ad.slh.wisc.edu for some iOS versions)
- On iOS devices, you may need to change first.last@slh.wisc.edu with username used to log onto your WSLH desktop PC
