Webex is available to all UW students and employees. Users can install Webex on your WSLH desktop computer or personal home computers if needed.
You can use the Web version at https://uwmadison.webex.com/ or download the software to install from https://www.webex.com/downloads.html
You will need to log in Webex using your UW email account, then your UW NetID and then DUO authenticate.
If you are unable to get logged in, make sure you are using your primary @wisc.edu and not your @slh.wisc.edu email address.
If you have been using it and it stopped working, you can uninstall, reboot, and reinstall.
Also you can clear your web browser's cache and cookies.
If that doesn't resolve the issue, put in a Service Ticket and we can work to resolve it.
