Request for new VoIP telephones can be done by by an authorized purchasing agent for your department through Shop UW+.
Changes in VoIP services to an existing phone, display names and request for a new phone number can be made through your Division's VoIP authorized agent.

For AGD/AGN: Please contact Steve Strebel to submit this change to DoIT.
For State Agricultural Building (SAB): Please contact the Service Desk to submit this change to DoIT.
If you need a network jack activated for installation of a new phone, or phone move, put in a General ticket with Building, Room Number and Jack Number.
