WSLH HR Transaction Request/Approval

Step 1:  Fill out the transaction request form which is on the right side of this screen.  After completing this, save the completed form to your K: drive or a designated department drive.

Step 2:  Log into DocuSign and locate the WSLH HR Transaction Request/Approval routing.

                The path is DocuSign is Templates > Show More > Shared Folders > HR Routings.

You can then click on the designated routing. Then you can load your document.  The three routing steps are shown below.

                You can delete routing steps 2 if not needed.
