The Henry Mall lunchroom has permanent meeting conferencing equipment set up for staff usage. See the attached document for quick reference. If you need additional assistance using the hardware, please contact the Service Desk at 221-6262.

System Startup
To begin using the system, touch anywhere on the screen.
Source Selection – Room PC with Conferencing
If presenting and video conference from the in-room PC, press the "Local Computer/Web Conference" button. Switch on mouse and keyboard power. Choose a preset from the right, or manually position the camera using the directional pad and zoom controls.
Source Selection – Laptop HDMI
If presenting from a user device connected via HDMI at the credenza, press the "Laptop HDMI" button.
Rack HDMI
If presenting from a user device connected via HDMI at the credenza rack plate, press the "Rack HDMI" button.
Volume
Use the "Volume" and "Mute" controls at the bottom left of the touch panel control volume for the wireless microphones and presentation source. To adjust the individual wireless microphones, press the "Mic Volume Controls" button. Pressing "Privacy Mic Mute" will disable the microphones from being sent to the Web conference.
System Shutdown
Please sign out of the PC and switch off mouse and keyboard power when you are done. Then, to shut down the AV system, tap the "Exit Menu" button. Tap "Yes Shutdown" to confirm.
