International Travel Laptop Policy
All international travel requires the use of a loaner laptop provided by the OIS Service Desk. Your assigned laptops are not permitted to be used for international travel.
Note: For domestic travel, a loaner laptop is not required. You may use your assigned laptop for domestic travel.
The OIS Service Desk requires a minimum of five (5) business days’ notice for all international loaner laptop requests. Requests submitted with less than five business days’ notice are not guaranteed to be fulfilled.
