WI state IAM (Identity and Access Management) account access

Users that require access to various WI State systems that will need a WI state IAM (Identity and Access Management) account on their Cayosoft system.

IAM accounts are needed for:

  • Facilities Management accounts for WSLH DOA buildings.
  • Temperature monitoring systems
  • File sharing with DOA staff. 

The account is created by WSLH OIS staff. This account user-name then will then need to be passed onto the various WI State systems for access approval. Please see the attached IAM End User Guide

Users can change their password at https://eiam.wisconsin.gov/

Their system will send out several reminder emails as your account password is set to expire. Please reset before it expires. You should save your account information in your password safe, as well as you can setup account recovery questions within their system.

Users can fill out the FMIC Access Request Form, and then email the form to: FMICAccessRequests@wisconsin.gov.
