OnBase - Unity Client Login/Out

Unity Client Login

• Find and open the Hyland Unity Client on your PC.

• On the first line of the login screen, choose “OnBaseProd for the production version of OnBase.

• Do not enter information into the other lines.

Unity Client Logout

• If using Workflow, choose “Close This Layout” in the upper left corner of the screen.

• Click on “File” in the upper left corner of screen.

• Click on “Log Out username”.

• Close the OnBase login screen. 
  • If you attempt to log back in from this screen, an error will occur.
  • This logout procedure is important and will prevent lockout issues and software license limitations.
